Hi there! I’m Laura Jayne (b. 1995) an animator and filmmaker from Derbyshire, now based in Yorkshire.
My work tends to sit somewhere between humour and vulnerability: awkward, hopeful, a bit scrappy and occasionally unhinged.
I’ve collaborated with Adult Swim, Bento Box, Blink Industries, Dropout, and Netflix, working on series development and creating original animated content for TV and web.
I’ve also worked with clients such as Apple, Bodyform, The New York Times, TED and Warner Music.
I’m a big fan of video games, horror comedy and people watching.
